GB Call for West

Congratulazioni a Adam West
The Southampton Jaguars would like to extend their congratulations to speedy winger, Adam West on his Selection for Team GB who head out to Italy for the World Championships in July.
“Vesty” is well known across Europe, having spent time on the professional circuit with Europe’s best in both the French and Spanish top leagues. He is also the reigning “Fastest Man in Sparta”, the title given the fastest player in the renowned Sparta Cup, held annually in Barcelona, Spain.

On speaking to the man, himself, Adam commented, “…this is a huge achievement for me personally and will certainly be a highlight in my career to date. When I step out onto the rink I will be doing so in memory of my late father who always supported me throughout my career, but also my mother who has encouraged me throughout my life to be the best I can be. I know if my father would have been so proud to see me wear the GB uniform. I would also like to thank my teammates at the Jag’s for their continued support, and coach Vas for his belief in my abilities”.
