Steven Jefferies has delayed announcing his squad for Sparta

Steven Jefferies has delayed announcing his squad for the Sparta Cup 2016 until 1st February 2016.
The announcement was due to take place on Thursday afternoon but Jefferies said there are a number of decisions that still need to be made.
The Jags play in Bisley on January 24th and face Hornets B and Steamrollers.
Jefferies said on Wednesday afternoon: "After speaking with my coaching staff today, we have decided to wait until the 1st Feb before announcing the squad for Sparta Cup 2016. So for the lads who are knocking on the door to get in the squad, these league games are a perfect opportunity to showcase themselves.
"We have a large of number of players that still need confirming regarding availability and fitness, so rather than selecting a larger squad now, we will wait for the games at the weekend before choosing around 13 players who are definitely available."
